Anna loved laughing it was a joy to talk to early in the morning that makes a person feel good the rest of the day! Being cheerful and professional you don't see a lot these days! And I loved her Southern Belle accent!!!

Technical Support person Kristina ****** did a great job of soothing my ravaged soul and patiently discussed my issues with me. She was calm, patient and knowledgeable. My problem was solved and I am back to being a six-year happy Customer!

I called the customer service number needing some information and the service rep Rachel *****answered all of my questions and sent the information I needed as we were talking on the phone, resent the information when I didn't receive her email at first and stayed on until I the email came in. She also suggested including an additional supporting document that I know of. Thank you Rachel!
