I contacted Customer Service and had a conversation with a very polite lady who then forwarded my call to Delana G. i was in need of a document and within a matter of minutes, I received the document. I have always been treated well with 21st Mortgage Company.
They are a 5 star company and I have never met a bad employee there. Alexis in Customer Service goes beyond! She was very sweet and answered questions and was very helpful and polite.
