Excellent customer service. Always knowledgeable people on the line. My only concern is that when a contractor draws on the loan an interest payment is due. That's a fair practice. My concern is that there is no way provided to make an online payment for this. It must be a check via snail mail. A bit archaic, this is almost 2021. Enough on that. These people are great.
We've had our loan for about 8 years now and have contacted them several times. Every time we've had an excellent experience.
