I like paying my mortgage online, but there is nowhere to pay extra escrow. I get tired of having to call them each month to pay my mortgage. I dealt with another mortgage company and learned my lesson. My monthly payment goes up if I don't pay in extra for escrow.
ALEXIS is awesome and did an outstanding job helping me out today. Would love to deal with her anytime I call.
