Megan ******has been great, she responds to emails in a timely manner. And make sure information is sent to the correct department. I was even help with problems I had from the manufacture of my home who I wish I never did business with (scotBilt homes) worst decision ever. But I thank 21st for all of there support with getting issues resolved.

Good Afternoon; My name is Pam ***** and I just had the most wonderful help and conversation with Chase Cerny. I called because I thought I had forgot to push the send button and make my payment. I always make it for the 1st of the month, but as I was going through my bank account I didn't see where it had cleared, so feeling very upset that we were late on our payment, which we NEVER do, I called to make it and was connected with Chase. This is for Kaity Cornwall and her direct supervisor Breanna. I have struggled with being spoken to like a human and getting this company to understand that people go through hardships and need help. All through covid we were never given any assistance and still are denied. Thankfully, I now deal directly with Kaity and Breanna and they are a breath of fresh air. 21st Mortgage has been a good company to work with. Many companies don't want to lend money for used trailers. Nathan **** was our Customer Service person and was a pleasure to work with. I admire that if he did not know an answer to a question he would find out and get back to me. I feel that he was super honest to work with.
