I contacted Customer Service and had a conversation with a very polite lady who then forwarded my call to Delana G. i was in need of a document and within a matter of minutes, I received the document. I have always been treated well with 21st Mortgage Company.
They are a 5 star company and I have never met a bad employee there. Alexis in Customer Service goes beyond! She was very sweet and answered questions and was very helpful and polite. Every person ever encountered there and always been professional, knowledgeable and definitely helpful!
