Well I have been using 8x8 for almost 7 years I learned about 8x8 through my previous employer in which they have been using for years. I like because I can text, and talk via Voip and I get to use my headset. They have outstanding tech support they will fix any issues you might have if the tech can not fix they will escalated to their supervisor. 8x8 is perfect call system, which helps you with your bussiness urgent calls and clear sound and line . I recommened all to use 8x8 system , espetially in trucking business. Thank you for 24 hours support and help .

I've had 8X8 for several years. They are reasonably priced and I always get assistance when I need it. They offer so many features that I don't even really take advantage of all of them. I think if I had any feedback it would be to offer simple support when a new feature is brought out and teach us non-techies how it works. We don't always follow the tutorials nor do we have time to watch and learn Overall, it is the best phone system for my small business.
