I definitely love the auto-attendant! I feel like I have one more employee in the auto-attendant who answers phones and routes the calls to the appropriate department. I love the fact that I can schedule out special greeting and office times for holidays and vacations and not have to worry. Also, since I have voice-over IP, there have been a few times that my internet has gone out (which is through Comcast by the way) which in turn cuts out my phone because they are connected. This phone system is so much more advanced than our old one! It's user friendly and conferencing in multiple users is seamless.
Having a busy lifestyle is part of our make up today and having the opportunity to work on the go is something that works very well for me and 8X8 makes it very possible.
