Ease of having access to contacts and meetings all in one place, as well as video, chat, and talk functions. All I need to stay organized and stay in constant contact with colleagues.
I love the variety of options 8x8 gives us to handle our communication needs. We are able to tailor our phone service precisely; we never miss a call!
I like the idea of having all of our internal company extensions listed and the ability to quickly search by name. The extension number rather than having to dial the whole 10 digit telephone number is also very handy and efficient. I also like the feature of adding a photo to your profile, but most people at our company have not done that yet. Putting a face to a name is a good option in the system.

We have management and sales people that are always on the go. We have an office in San Diego and an office in Palm Springs. We have clients all over California, so we're in different cities on a daily basis. We LOVE that we are always connected no matter where we are. We use the mobile app and clients never even know that we're not in our office when our office transfers their call to us. We love everything about 8x8!
