This phone system surpasses the "land line" by a miles... So much easier to use, more options (love the desktop app)! Why would anyone stay with a traditional land line?

The fact that is has high QOS, i also like the new apps for teh desktop and iphone. Technical support is also quite good.

8x8's is a Do-It-Al solution for our insurance agency. The click to call option comes is very useful while doing our outbound calls, the instant messaging feature makes it extremely convenient to discretely interact with the office staff, and the customer service we are able to provide has improved with the efficiency and user friendly features of 8x8.

Well 8x8 is a very nice app. you can simply copy paste the number you wanted to call and you can make the call. in case you have a voicemail well it will simply forwards the message to your email and you can access it wherever you are. And its easy to install and update

Your technical support. I have had two prior VOIP providers and your staff is superb.
