I work as an insurance agent for a local agency. 8x8 gives me the flexibility I need to be successful when I'm working from the office, from home, or in the field using the mobile app on my cell phone. My customers always have a direct line of contact if they need to get in touch with me, and I never miss a call from a prospective client or referral. I like that I can call clients from my cell phone and not have them get my number!!!!!
I personally love that voicemails are now e-mails that I can access even when I am out of the office.
I use 8x8 services where I work and it is easy to use and easy to learn since I have only been here little over 2 months. It seems easy for our clients to use and glad there is way for them to contact us if we are not available. One thing is I wished there was a way to transfer to other extensions if needed. Also I have issues with the volume to be able to hear some folks that call in. It would be nice to have options to personalize it.
I love how you can click on the phone number and will dial the client. Also love the way I can place a note right after I call a client or prospect. Thank you 8x8 services.
There are several items that we find very advantageous. First of which would be ring group availability and effectiveness. Second would be the ability to access it by Ipad and Iphone so we are not chained to our desks. Third, but nearly most important, would be that we never have service issues.
I love the convenience of having a HIPPA complaint business line that I can operate from my iphone. The ability to text my clients from this service is also a huge benefit for me.
The ability to use my office phone remotely from a computer. I also like the ability to see faxes as well as caller ID.
The HR Dept. LOVES the 8x8 services. I have access to all of my faxes and voicemails, regardless of where I am located. I no longer miss important calls or faxes from potential employees, state agencies or employment services. It has really simplified the processes we already have in place here and makes scheduling and message keeping a much easier process. We also have a computerized copy of all of our faxes going out which makes it convenient when we need to show proof of documents that we send. Thanks so much!!!
