Being the phone operator in the Central Office of the largest school district in Solano County with 30 schools (Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District, I like the fact that I can check my missed calls and obtain the number if I have to call them back. I also like to be able to access phone numbers that were on my voicemail in case the caller left a message with an unclear phone number or no number at all. 8x8 lists the callers phone number and name. We are actually pretty new to this service but we have tried other voIP services and the level of confidence that we have established in this system is beyond words. Our main focus is dependability and when we needed a strong network to handle our large volume of marketing calls 8x8 exceeded our expectations by far. The thing that we most love about the 8x8 services is the app that we can use at anytime and anywhere, it makes our business phone be like a cell phone. I believe 8x8 is by far too notch technology when it comes to business phone services. The auto attendant allows me to run my office like a large company. The automated call routing features allows me to easily manage my call volume. I can set up all holidays for the year and never have to worry about how call volume is being handled. Welove the fact that as a new startup, we did not have a lot of CAPEX investment to start. Also, not having on premise equipment to find a location for, manage, and configure,made the initial deployment extremely quick and efficient. We have all of the enterprise level features and none of the ongoing MAC (Move/Add/Change) problems.
I love my service with my Sales Rep Bill Fisher. It is because of him I can close so many deals. He gets me quotes within minutes and spends time with me on the phone. I also love the HIPAA compliance and that I can plug my phone into any internet connection and it works. No need for onsite routers.
