    One of the things about having a VoIP service that is truly available 24x7 is the support. Not only is there regular call in support available, but you have on-line support, email support , phone support etc. For me it's been a huge help because we have so much information being used from the 8x8 phone call repository. The 8x8 engineers are nothing short of exceptional in the way they have handled situations from FTP issues, to data issues.     The number one item that I love most about 8x8 is the portability -- no matter where in the world our associates are with either Wi-Fi or internet service, they can receive their calls as if they are sitting at their desk - our customers have no idea they may be talking to our sales staff while they are sitting on a beach in Hawaii sipping a tropical drink. This portability has allowed us to compete across state lines seamlessly. No question its the best.

    The thing that we most love about the 8x8 services is the app that we can use at anytime and anywhere, it makes our business phone be like a cell phone. I believe 8x8 is by far too notch technology when it comes to business phone services. We love the way we can customize every feature in the phone, it gives us the freedom we want which make us very happy clients.     We love everything about 8X8! Our office made some significant personnel changes which meant numerous changes to our old antiquated system both the cost and the time investment were enough to get us looking for a better solution. Our transition to 8X8 was amazing, our sales rep worked with us to get the best equipment fit and the implementation team made the process so smooth and easy.     I love the great service and support you get, it promotes customer loyalty. I had a problem with the phone system my receptionist was unable to transfer calls and we were unable to receive calls from her. I called customer support and spoke to Daniela she helped me navigate through the Account Management site to fix an few issues and then she suggested we do a system reset while she did some other things on her end.     8x8 is the best choice for our business because it's everywhere we are. Integration into Salesforce.com, mobile apps, browser, desktop phone systems. The ease of use and quality is something we haven't been able to experience with any other provider for years. It's the game changer for our business we were looking for.

    The flexibility I have with 8x8's Virtual Contact Center is fantastic. Whether I am setting up a new queue for a special customer support team on the fly or changing my Interactive Voice Recording menu options with the touch of a button, there is almost nothing my business needs that 8x8 can't do.
