Ease of setup and installation. Eduardo Bara was very helpful in getting us out of our antique phone system. I was expecting a few delays with the switch to IP phones, however we had none. Our business was online within 1 week of ordering our new phones from 8x8. Thank you Eduardo and the 8x8 team!

The ability to be available 24/7, if need be. Love that we can use the phone to call our staff internationally using this service. The app is great. Can't say enough good things.
For starters we saved over $300 per month from our old traditional phone plan. However, we were having an issue with our 8x8 VOIP system and our representative, Robert Wells, that was working on an existing problem for us, called me to let me know that he had this escalated to an upper level – he was on his way to the ER and still followed up with me to let me know what was going on.
