Such a user-friendly system! It's convenient turning incoming and outgoing calls into contacts and accessing those contacts so easily. Definitely saves time and the transfer system has helped us out incredibly much. Being able to see who's available to take a call keeps the guesswork out of the equation. I personally enjoy having the ability to use our smartphones with the 8x8 app to answer calls when we're away from our desk. Being a help desk tech this means I can help our users faster than before and now with very clear audio!
We love the quick emails we get as soon as a voicemail comes in to our customer service voicemail line! The call back number is easily accessible and all the information I could need is right there when I need it. Whenever I need assistance your customer service team is on it!
