I like that you can download from any mobile device and use it that way , I like the fact it uploads the contacts for you .

We just migrated our VoIP services from another provider, who shall remain nameless, because of constant stability and customization issues; we were always waiting for the other shoe to drop and for our communications system to crumble. I have never used this program before until I started this new position. I LOVE this program. I have capability to send a fax while working on other items. Receiving a confirmation of my fax, documenting my database and keeping fax numbers used quite frequently all in one simple place. I also like the fact that I can listen to a voicemail from my computer and update my contacts from my desktop for easy access.

I love that I am able to listen to voicemails from anywhere in the world. I love to travel and I love to run my business but the two wouldn't necessarily go well together if it weren't for tools like 8x8 that allow me to work remotely and still remain "plugged in." On a recent trip to Europe, I listened and responded to voicemails in London while cheering on the USA in the Rugby World Cup. I wouldn't have that flexibility without 8x8.

iBIO is a small, not for profit organization, we love that 8x8 provides us with the flexibility and features of a phone system that far exceeds that of our previous phone vendor.

8x8 Virtual office has not only increased the amount of calls I can do per day by being able to copy & paste numbers with one click. It has also added a function to the way I do business. I can text with my customers, instead of hoping I wrote down long email addresses correct. It is also far more convenient for customers than email or calling because they can speak to me between customers without affecting their business.
