We love that with a touch of a button we can be talking to our colleagues in our California Office or over the other side of the pond in Birmingham, England. It has truely connected our Offices internationally!
We switched phone companies to receive better service as many of our employees (appraisers) are on the phone many times throughout the day. Whether they are on the phone with clients, lenders, home owners, builders, or other appraisers, they call many different people. I love the fact that the office can utilize IM between different people. Quick, easy and makes a world of difference when we have clients on the phone and need quick help/answers. It has made our day to day operations much smoother. 8X8 Customer service helps us quick and easy as well.
As a business owner I love the ability 8x8 provides to work from anywhere with a high degree of reliability. The call forwarding features mean that even when I am away from the office, my customers can reach me and I can provide the same service on the go as I can in the office.
8x8 is a reliable service provider, with super responsive technicians to field and address any concerns you may have. 8x8 had a wide variety of product types and their online account maintenance application allows me to access my account information 24/7. I am glad I went with 8x8.
I really really enjoy the incorporated online services that come with your phones. It is so convenient to log on to my own account in the morning and quickly sort through voicemails by number and duration without having to spend 15-20 minutes listening to every single one. It's also super easy to move desks in our office. All I have to do is take my phone to the new desk and plug it in! My settings and number are still the same, regardless of where I am.
The easy administration of extension and numbers. To be about create an new user account/extension or make any changes to extension / system from anywhere and was very easy to use portal.
The ability to call my colleagues worldwide with just a few clicks or entering a short extension makes getting back to business quick and painless! Also love the customization of the hardware and the ease to utilize the soft phone.
