    Your integration is the best! From my desk phone, to my desktop, to my laptop, to my cell phone, your program and its app go everywhere with me. I never miss a call or a voicemail, and can access our company directory from anywhere. Thank you for being so all-inclusive; it means a lot to those of us who are always on the go!

    The use of 8x8 has increased the efficiency with which we service our clients. We are able to see quickly the availability status of all office members when a client call is received eliminating the hold time to see if someone is available. The use of the instant messaging feature is of great use to us as we can coordinate with Team Members while simultaneously assisting a client without having to put a client on hold for multiple or extended time periods.

    I love 8x8 because they have great people. I've dealt with the competition and great people make the difference! My experience with the sales staff was painless, quick and efficient. The estimate sheet they sent me was clear and easy to understand. I felt like I knew what I was buying. The set up process was easy. I quickly got connected to support folks that knew what they were talking about—and were nice! Everything works the way they said it would, which makes us and our customers happy.

    8x8 enables the company I work for to run smoothly. Phone calls that come in are easily seen in the application, and the ability to message other employees instead of emailing them is a very helpful tool. I enjoy using the different features that 8x8 offers so I can easily communicate with everyone in the office if I am busy, away or ready to take calls.     My company loves the fact that 8x8 is very easy to navigate through as well as perform specific daily tasks. 8x8 services are everything we need in regards to the services it offers.

    I love the softphone. I work from home with limited space. Don't need another device eating up room. I also love that I can run the softphone on my iPhone so that I don't miss calls when I am away from the office. In both cases the interface is good and ituitive.

    8x8 has given us the freedom to work from anywhere. Our two offices work seamlessly through 8x8's VoIP system allowing us direct customers to any employee regardless of which off they work. With the 8x8 App on our smartphones I've been able to work from anywhere and all of our staff can find us whenever we need, faxes get sent directly to my email, and and I never have to worry about missing an important communication.

    I love how seamless transitions are with my 8x8 service. From voicemails to greetings and to calls. Transitions are easy and make a really clean experience for our customer callers. Changing greetings is easy for daytime, evening weekends and vacations. All stored and ready to go, just turn them on. Transferring calls from one member of our team to another is quick and the experience the customer caller receives is all the better for it.
