I am an attorney, and am not in my office for long stretches because of hearings and other appointments. I really appreciate getting my voicemails delivered directly to my email on my cellphone, which enables me to return my calls much quicker than . I also really like the Internet fax feature, which has literally enabled me to receive faxes during hearings, download them into my iPad, and show them to the judge. Great service!

As a recently graduated employee I have never really used a company phone system before and was intimidated by all the special features that I was required to use. 8x8 had made it very simple to learn all of those features and has a very neat interface. I enjoy being able to use my computer as a soft phone while still using my desk phone as well. 8x8 made my transition into the working world very easy!
