What our business loves about 8x8 Unified Communications Services is that it keeps us connected to our members when we're away from our desks. Since some of us are always on the go, its incredibly helpful for any incoming voicemail messages to be directed immediately to our email inbox. I love that you can see incoming or missed calls on the computer screen. I also like the instant messaging because its easier than sending an email and very quick.

I had a very unique challenge. I needed my phone to ring to the Receptionist on duty at one location which would also require a second phone number to be able to send over to transfer a call into my voice mail as well as if the Receptionist was busy and not able to answer the call, I needed the System to know to dial the second number. I also needed access to be able to pick up my phone calls coming in at my office from any mobile location using my cell phone. Of course, the savings are a no-brainer! But I think what I like best is how everything is seamlessly connected, and I am reachable and "in the loop" whether I am in the office, working remotely, in my car, or even on vacation! I never miss a beat, and that's so important! 8x8 is great!

8x8 provides a streamlined experience for my staff. I have four phone lines which work together to handle our high call volume. Voicemail is easy to access especially on the iPhone. It makes it easy for me to accept after hours calls as a physician with the auto-attendant and I can easily access voicemails through my phone. 8x8 was a great choice for my practice.

There are a lot of things we really appreciate about 8x8. Here are a few: * how quickly you were able to get us up and rolling * your sales and customer service people have been great to work with * the 8x8 mobile app is great for entrepreneurs who are on the go * set up was a snap * the admin interface is great and easy to work with * the portability of the polycom phones is great for businesses who are growing, changing locations, etc.
