We are a very small company and 8X8 gives me great functionality and versatility to allow me to always be connected to our callers. By keeping the mobile app open, I am able to easily access phone messages which has turned into confirmed business because of quick response time. Whenever I need support, the attendants I speak with are always very professional and attentive.

I love the fact that 8x8 works directly from/through my computer. It saves space on my desk and is an easy way to make/receive calls with clients. I also appreciate the easy to use, and intuitive, interface (as well as the fact that it doesn't take up my whole screen and I can be looking up information on my computer while talking with customers to better assist them).
I am a staff member in a financial planning firm. We are fairly new to this new system, and it has definitely been a great experience. It has been a reliable solution for our communication needs. Besides the fact that I lowered the monthly phone bill by $300/mo. by switching to 8x8, they do have excellent customer service. In fact, we were having a phone issue one day and the 8x8 customer care rep, Robert Wells, elevated our concern to a manager as it was a rush. Mr. Wells even proceeded to be of assistance when he was on his way to the ER for a medical issue- now that is going above and beyond the call of duty and outstanding customer service!
Here at Lundeen and Associates we love our 8x8 phones. They are very easy to use, we love that we are able to transfer calls to each other with a few easy steps. The voicemail system is very easy and affiant to use. Here at our office we have to make a lot of calls to our insurance carriers, it is very convenient to have the ability store the companies contact information right in our 8x8 phones!
