That no matter how long I have to wait to reach someone for service at the beginning of my phone call, every single customer service/service technician I have spoken to has been incredibly patient, informative, and supportive. I never hang up the phone without a resolution to the problem I initially called with. This is one service provider I'm happy to have to call when my day is filled with putting out fires. Everything! The soft-phone works great. Video conferencing is amazing. However, my favorite part of the service is the voicemail message being sent to my email as an attachment. Now that is convenient! Kendall & Davis, Inc.
