I love that i have "big company" phone capabilities. Our customers trust us with a vital part of their sales business. With 8x8, we put a good foot forward with a professional phone system. We stay responsive with voicemail via e-mail. The features paired with the price make it easier to do business!
The best part of 8x8 is that I can quickly dial to my coworkers or customers from my desktop and even my mobile. When I was traveling to Europe for business trip, I can easily contact my coworker in US without a sweat.

I love being able to see whos calling on my screen without looking at phone, and being able to use the search feature to call people!!
I love that I can take my phone anywhere with me! On the go, working from home, a different office, no matter where I am, I have my extension and so does everyone in the office. It keeps us all connected and keeps our workflow going, even after we leave for the day. There is rarely a lack of communication with our 8x8 system keeping us together no matter where we are! Our schedules and company are more flexible with 8x8!
Wow....so many different things I can choose to say about what our business loves about 8x8, but allow me to make it simple. Communication is one of the most critical components of any business. So, without the flow of communication any business will suffer. With that being said I love that I can contact any member of our organization with 4 digits. The integration of all the tools (fax, conference, phone system, internal communications) into one all encompassing application. It allows us to be very efficient in our communications with clients and internal teams.
I started using 8x8 about 4 months ago when I started with NLC. I had used other VoIP systems but none of them had the features 8x8 does. I like know who is calling me. I am on the phone constantly and leaving messages and when one of those messages is being returned I make sure I hop right on the call. I also like the ability to text message a client.
