    If you offered update classes while we aren’t at the office it would be more advantageous to me

    Suggestion/Feedback - We've had numerous calls from the organization, NO ONE would tell me who they were, what their company provided. You lost a customer because your team members, when asked, who they represented stated: "I don't know, I am just trying to connect a call for xyz." I have no information. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOUR PEOPLE DON'T KNOW WHAT THEIR COMPANY SERVICE PROVIDES.

    Great Product but lousy support overall. It takes too long to get your questions answered and most of the time the answers are incomplete. I would recommend 8x8 spending more time and money on improving their support model.

    WE have had a service for over a year. We have a cordless that does not work and when we try to call for help they send us a new one and it doesn't work with the system either. We did get a credit for that line of service but I'd still rather have a working cordless phone. They never have tried to actually fix the problem

    My cell phone died. I managed to recover some of it, but my authenticator isn't working yet. 8x8 currently refuses to launch on my work pc because I can't get a code from the non-working authenticator app. I choose "unable to use authenticator" and the software STILL SENDS ME A CODE! This is not good.

    we are a month in and still having issues that I am waiting on getting resolved. yesterday I was told I would receive a call back within 4 hours and I have to call again now

    Customer service and tech support is a joke. They will always blame user error....even when you have an inspersion meeting and are able to duplicate the problem for them. Once had phones down for several weeks and lost untold amounts of money..

    After signing a new contract, I could not setup an on boarding call for 16 days. I sent 3 emails to different departments. Worried that I would never be able to trial the equipment within the 30 day grace period, I had to cancel the service. If someone had simply offered to extend the trial in order to give them more time to assist in onboarding, I believe we could have worked something out.     Worst customer service of ANY communications company. 8x8 lost our toll free 800 number and is not attempting to ignore their responsibilities to port this number back and credit us for the years dropping this number. A non-working 800 number tied to all of our printed materials, trade show materials and website has damages written all over it.
