Our office really enjoys the capability to message each other when we have questions, need assistance from fellow co-workers or planning office events without having to run around to find what we need. It's also nice that when you're looking up an office number you're able to see if the person is available, on the phone or have their phone on do not disturb. These are some great tools to have when working in a office setting.
My favorite part about my 8x8 services is the flexibility and, for lack of better words, communication. My background with another insurance company never gave me the freedom to have calls sent directly to my cell phone, never gave me the ability to make calls through an app, and definitely didn't send emails to me letting me know I have a voicemail. With 8x8, I have all of this and more. Because of the great services, I don't miss calls, and that transitions to more sales for me.
8X8 is the perfect tool for someone like me, an insurance agent who loves to travel! Makes it possible to have a mobile office & I can even write business like the other day, in the middle of US Forest service land!
