I really appreciate being able to get my voicemail calls in my email.
The simplicity which I find with managing the calls using 8x8 is incomparable.. Used many other such softwares in the past but this one seems to be the best so far... It has exceeded my expectations ... happy to use the service
8x8 android app! As a service manager I am always on the move. Having the app and answering the call anywhere I want is a huge bonus for me. Also when I need to place call during office hours and I am not the in the office, I feel as if I have the office phone in my hand with all the contacts and I can place call any time and from any where I want! As a homebased entrepreneur, it is very comforting to know that I can work from where-ever I am. In the car, In the store, even on the beach, I never have to miss a call. It's important as a self employed person to be able to leave the office and still be able to function as if I were. The Phone app as well as the desktop app serve me very well depending on the circumstance. I could not survive with out the 8x8 apps. Thank you
I like the app, but when I try to answer a call I often cannot hear the call and I have issues transferring at times.
I love the 8x8 iPhone app and I love answering calls through the app when I am on the road! Anytime a co-worker expects just to leave me a voicemail because I am OOO & I tell them about the app & thats its a must download! The in app chat/text is my favorites too!
It provides the staff flexibility so that we can work, when we want, where we want, and provide consistent service and continuity to our customer. Excellent product.
