I work out of the office much of the time and 8x8 allows me seamless connection to my office phone, as well as my contact list for company personnel. I use it on both my laptop and smart phone, tying everything together.
Culinex loves the ease of use and how convenient it is. We love that we are able to view faxes after they are sent, get confirmation they are sent, and when they have an error and need to be re-sent. Everything is working great!
We installed our new system mid September. I was worried as we were moving, changing internet carriers and changing the phone system. I must say, the transition was seamless. We didn't miss a beat (or a call). 8x8 expert, Nicole Lance, was my rep. She walked me thru what I needed to know to start up the system. I signed up for 8x8 because my background is in semi trucks and I loved the name! I know it is not related but I still think it is fun! I love that 8x8 is easy to use. I am not very tech savvy and most of these systems are complicated and the customer service sucks. Not the case with 8x8. I can honestly say it has changed my business for the better!
