What I love is the excellent customer service I received when having issues with call record options. The customer service rep continued to dig, determined to find a solution. Instead of keeping me on hold, she would research the problem and then call me back with resolution. Additionally, when I joined the company I currently work for I needed to get a headset so I could work and be "hands-free." The direct interface with salesforce significantly has increased the productivity of my day to day process. Not having to guess who is calling or looking up the phone number as a customer is calling in saves a great deal of time. The automatic profile pop up simplifies the whole process and the ability to transfer someone to an additional queue with the click of a button is the key to efficiency for our business.
We love the convenience and accessibility of the 8x8 services. Several years ago one of my elders suggested we use 8x8 for all of our phone services for cost efficiency.
