We love the fact that is very easy to use and the features on their are very helpful. It works directly with salesforce which is extremely helpful.
I love the chat function among my coworkers. I use it a lot for quick notes and questions to and from my coworkers, so that we are able to communicate and keep working at the same time.
Working with the 8x8 service allowed me to return to a job that I loved while living in another state. Traditionally, I wouldn't have had the opportunity because they would have had to have someone in the office full time but with the 8x8, I was able to work remotely and communicate both through the desktop application and the cell phone app without a hitch.
I love that I can access my phone from anywhere! Whether I am sitting physically at my desk and answering calls from the phone or out running around answering on my cell or working from home and answering from my laptop desktop app! No one has to know where I am working from as long as their calls get answered. It helps keep me up-to-date with what's going on with business and I never miss a beat!
