I love the absolute ease of communication. I can see who is available when I need them. The capability of "texting" has been invaluable to me. I use that feature more than any other. I am a working Mom and the fact that my family can reach me immediately through my work computer, an "in your face" approach, has been very helpful.
Our favorite feature is the Virtual Office desktop and mobile applications. Both products allow us to connect in new ways that we could have never imagined with our old phone system.
I didn't know how much I was going to love 8X8 until after I already bought the service! I live in Utah and have a second office in San Diego. It was always such a pain to call in to my voicemail and then call people back on my Utah number. No one answers out of state calls anymore with telemarketing out of control. We love that it's user friendly, mobile and versatile! I use it when in the office or on the road, it offers a great way to stay engaged and up to date. I work in Sales and it helps me to follow up with both corporate staff and customers, my favorite is the 8x8 app on Iphone it's awesome!
