Robert Wells! As a small business owner, of all the vendor Reps I work with Robert is by far the most helpful and responsive. He immediately responds to any issues I may have and made setting up with 8X8 very easy. We are company wide in the US and international we are all on the 8X8 system it's more convenient to have everyone on the same system. We all love the directory for each company and it's easy to fine out who works in what company and it's easy access to the phone number and extensions of each employee. To retrieve voicemail is easy to use, and the different option we have to transfer calls, delete, forward or call the customers back is great. thank you for a great phone system.
