Hello, We are new with 8x8 we just started 2 months ago and we absolutely we love it!!! The App is really easy to use is like picking up the phone from your office but you can be anywhere in the world. Customer service is fenomenal they really help you and take care of you from adding another line to a technical question its a great great service. We are for sure adding more lines as we grow the business and will recommend the service. Thank you 8x8 David
I love how it is mobile and allows me to be anywhere and still do business with it. Being involved in sales and customer management, customers MUST always have a way to get a hold of me besides email. Being away in travel or vacation and coming back to work only to know you have missed like 6 urgent messages just kills the relationship I have worked hard to establish with my customer base. 8x8 makes sure that my customers can always come to me.
I love the fact that anytime I need technical support I can contact our support rep Al Botti and he is so quick to assist. Otherwise, I really like how 8x8 works and am the admin here at Hightail. It is very configurable and has great reporting that I use on a daily basis. It is scalable, easy to use, and much better then what we had previously. Thanks!
We have employees who work remotely and we have a branch office in another city. 8x8 allows us to have ONE phone number for our company for all our Clients, no matter who they are looking for. And the Auto Attendant makes it seamless for everyone. Internally we can dial an extension for any employee, either remote or office employee.
The ease of use, the ease of setting up automated systems, but most importantly the customer service! Anytime we have an issue, a tech person is just a phone call away with hardly a wait! They are nice, easy to understand, and very helpful in solving any problem no matter how small - and for no extra charge! If I would have had to call our previous phone company with these issues they would have had to send a technician out and there would have most likely have been a charge to do so. We use the Virtual Office and are a huge fan of the faxing system. It's straight forward, without having to deal with a machine and hardware!
8x8 has made it possible for our staff to do business easier, wherever we are! Most of our staff works a Sun-Thurs workweek, but we needed to have the office open on Fridays too. 8x8 made it possible for us to close the office on Fridays and just have a receptionist tele-commute, saving time, money and morale for all of us. Being a global company we love that we can have users all over the world access their extension whether by VoIP phone or the mobile app to stay connected with the rest of the team. Great and responsive customer service is also a must have and 8X8 has no problem meeting our demands.
