I love being able to remotely administer extensions and ring groups. As our business grows and changes, I can easily route incoming calls to the right people.

I work as an interim CTO for a company in San Mateo, CA and I'm based in Sri Lanka. We just switched to 8x8! We are loving the automated attendant!!! We are a car wash business and being able to forward calls to our detailers has streamlined our appointments! We are booked solid and sales are through the roof!!! We are missing less calls and customer satisfaction is improving with quick answers about simple questions such as location and hours!!! Conference bridges makes it easier to have meetings with people all around the world. Softphone is a very helpful feature.
