The easy communication device
Its reliable. After having as many issues as we did with our old service and never getting responses or reimbursed for the long down times, its great to have a service that is reliable and it doesn't matter which office my users are in they are able to take a phone and just hook it up then call out.

We got an incredible opportunity to launch a call center in Medellín, Colombia serving a US corporate client. The catch was that we had to get the pilot project up and running within a week. What I love best about 8X8 is that I never miss a call. I can the app on my phone and take my call while I am out of the office. Its great! I also love that we get our voicemail's in email form as well. I can easily send the message to the correct person! Our experience has been great and it is so easy to use.
