the ease of use in this busy office.
What I love about 8x8 is not only there excellent customer service, but the fact that my voicemail can be setup to my e-mail. There was a time I was away from my desk on a business meeting I got a very important phone call and it was urgent (without going into details) but I got the voicemail through my e-mail and was able to listen to it. Without this feature and the great people at 8x8 I would of never of received this call while I was out. Thank you!
I love that we get each voicemail sent to us in an email. A great way to check voicemail when you are out of the office!
I love the the online customer support team. Whenever I'm having a problem, I can contact them and they message me back very quickly with an answer.
Its nice to see who is calling us when working on the computer. Its easy to use when wanting to intercom someone from the office. I like that we can send & receive faxes from our computer. Just overall a nice system.
I believe the saving are the best, because my work I travel out of the country all the time and stay in touch with the office via 8X8 (is that the right name?.... should be 24X7X365)
Cost, Cost, Cost, we changed to 8X8 a little over a year ago and the primary reason was cost, but we have found that the additional features are also a bonus, the change over was very easy with the help we received from the installation team, should have looked at 8X8 five years ago when we opened our office.
The up and coming of the VCC. It has helped tremendously with efficiency in our Support department. Though, there are a few adjustments we'd like to see, it is still a great tool for our Support Team.
Using 8x8 services has allowed our remote employee's to stay connected easier with corporate office in Seattle. I use myself as I am remote and would not know what to do now if it was not part of my applications always in use.
