I love that it saves me time and frustration! I have long nails and it's clunky to try to dial!!! I used to hit the wrong number all the time and have to start over, lol! Now, it's just one click. 8x8 phone service is crystal clear and the on-line experience is fantastic. But we just moved our offices and the thing I love most about 8x8 is that all I had to do with my phones was unplug the phone from the wall and plug it in at my new office.
What I love the most about 8X8 services is the fact that I can easily retrieve my messages. I do not have to sign in with a password on my telephone. All I have to do is open my email and press play.
There are so many features on this system it is hard to pick one over the others. My boss heard about this system from a friend. He pointed out to him that he could make international calls without paying the international fees. However I think he like the Virtual Office the most. We use it everyday. Simply put, the versatility. The phones and services can be implemented to work in pretty much any environment. From virtual offices to numerous offices, the phones can network just as if all parties are located within the same building, next door to each other. The customer service has been outstanding and my company has been nothing but pleased with all aspects of the equipment, service and support.

It s very convienent to have it on the smart phones so people can never missed a call even after business hours as long as their phones have access to Internet . The quality is also incredible good when making calls from the app.
I love that I see it when co-workers are on the phone if I need to talk to them in person so I do not waste my time and energy walking to where they are only to find out that they are on the phone.
