An e-mail notification for voicemail is a wonderful feature when I'm not in the office. I am always in the know when I have a voice mail on the go through the e-mail on my cell phone. Sound quality is always crispy clear! 8x8 = 64 and 6+4 = 10! That is a rating that you deserve for providing an excellent phone service... a 10 out of 10!

I love that I can see who's call I missed and be able to call them right back and have them surprised, especially if they didn't leave a message. The mobile app is the best.
It is a great way to stay connected. It allows us to provide our number to a client and we are always connected. It doesn't matter if I'm in my home office, work, or mobile. We are always there for someone who needs us. The mobile app is easy to use and very friendly. 8x8 is a fantastic product.
8x8 has been great in every way. It was so easy to contact customer service and be convinced that this was a company that cares about the customer and cares about getting it right! The costs are reasonable, the setup a snap, and your up and running. Reliability has been exceptional and knowing the product is so customizable is a great relief.
