We switched to 8X8 about 8 years ago. Not only did we cut our phone bills in half but we were able to seamlessly integrate our two locations. The portability of the system has allowed us to have some employees work from home yet still remain a vital part of the team. And, the IOS application allowed me to travel Europe while still making and receiving calls on the 8X8 system for no additional cost. We've had the same phones we started with and have no plans to change. Great job 8X8!!

8x8 helps me be a successful sales rep! It makes it so easy when someone calls in and it automatically pulls up their sales force record. I can pick up and greet the person by name and really create an overall better experience. My manager can track my calls and call time easily, so I can be rewarded on hard work. Knowing everything is accurately tracked motivates me to call more and have better conversations. I sell an iPad POS and would love to see how it works on a Pro! 8x8 is my life..

It's been great not having to worry about voicemails when I'm on the go. I can respond to emergencies quickly so as not to hold up our clients.

I love the mobility factor. I work remotely and I love the fact that I can stay in contact with customers and employees by using 8x8 on my desktop, cell phone through the app and my office phone. 8x8 has opened up a new world of mobility for me.
