I love seeing the familiar name we know our clients by appear on my screen before I answer a call so I can greet them properly, an important element of our brand. Oh, wait. That stopped working a few months ago and support told me I can't do that anymore. Either I love the support or I love the feature I can't use, but not both.
We are a global company with offices and employees in multiple countries. Our employees spend more time with their clients than they do in our internal organizations. 8x8 has allowed us to be agile and mobile. Our office is where we are! Regardless of where we are traveling or staying, we are able to take our office there with us. This has resulted in a lot of time saving and efficiency in our organization.
We recently opened an office and were in need of a phone system. I'm a franchise and HQ recommended 8x8. I've not been disappointed! We set up 2 phone lines, and your team was able to maintain my old phone number, giving me 2 more. I don't understand all the "Techy Stuff" and never will...but you guys do! The portability of the system
I am a new installer who had never heard of VOIP before coming to work with Page Digital. We sit in three separate offices. Instant messaging makes it easy and fast to communicate more quickly than if we were working in the same building since we are constantly on the phone with customers. It makes it fast to talk to one another to use the chat vehicle. The Virtual Office product is all we use for both phones and messages. We are living in a new age, being constantly connected with a pop up window to reach each other. It is effective and efficient, faster than email. We love Chat.
we really like the portability of the system. We can know do business now anywhere. This is a feature rich program which allows for a lot of customization.
