We are a small company of 11 employees and have had 8x8 from the start, they are perfect for our office and we have never had any issues. Customer Service Reps are always helpful and i love that we have an account manager who is always available.
Our office is a small one, so using a wired PBX phone system was out of the question financially. When looking for an internet based phone system, we researched all the features and the cost involved with just a few extensions. Some companies offered a minimum of 20 extensions, some did not have features we needed to run our business. 8x8 had it all at a cost that could fit our business and able to grow the system features as our business grows. My company has used 8x8 for less than a month - that being said, I've already discovered that this system offers so much time saving potential. The intuitive interface and functionality made for a fairly seamless introduction into our organization. We've been through a lot of staff and office changes. Moving phones was always stressful and costly with 30-day notices and cutovers and all the mess that comes with that. We love the flexibility of 8x8 to adjust as our office adjusts and to work remotely without feeling remote.
8x8 has taken receiving calls, making calls, and receiving faxes so much easier and more convenient no matter if we're at the office or out and about. The mobile app works great and makes gives us the opportunity to respond to our customers much faster and our customers appreciate it! The money we're saving makes 8x8 a no brainer! I have been a user for almost 2 years. I love the total integration. It is so user friendly and easy to use with practically no learning curve. My clients can text to my work phone number and I receive it as a pop up on my screen. Faxes come and go like e-mail. I can quickly look up all other users on the system. When you ask what I like, all of it, no complaints.
We just got started with 8x8 and we are already seeing the advantages that surpass our previous provider. We like the ease of use the added features and the more user friendly lay out of our phone systems.
Our company loves 8x8 because it gives us the capability to connect to the entire company even though we are located in different places in the United States. The support system with 8x8 is always there to help with any issues or concerns that may arise and will follow up until the issue is resolved. Top class customer service!
