Cape Fear Literacy Council is a non-profit organization in Wilmington, NC. Each year, we help about 500 adults improve their reading, writing, math, and English language skills. Last fall we expanded into a 2-building campus so we can serve more adult learners. We changed to the 8x8 phone system so that we call all still be on the same phone system - it's so important for us to able to stay in touch across two buildings.
The thing I like most about 8x8 is that fact that i have the ability to change things at my own disposable. I have not had to contact 8x8 to have things fix. I am able to do it myself.
I love the fact that it shows previous dialed numbers. No calling people over and over again.
It gives us to have phone numbers in oversea countries that gives us local presence and make people feel easier to contact us at local phone rates.
Rliability and good customer service
As a remotely-based employee for my wound care management company (they are based in NY and I am in CT), I was recently sent my 8x8 phone when our company switched over everyone at the corporate office.
