We work in an industry that relies on technology and efficiency. 8x8 allows us to integrate both through one system. We stay connected with the internal instant message system, and the phone system that we use works great. eFax is also really useful.
8x8 service has been wonderful, we went from our basic phone to 8x8 phones. I have two lines on my phone and love the service of it going to voice mail if I am unable to pick up. Our patients are getting used to this and it works out well. Also love the online service such a convenient service. We would recommend these phones for any office. As the point person on the switch to 8x8 we have had great improvements. We can fully control our call routing, recordings and the client experience. The best part is now we can see all necessary metrics to improve our call handling and make sure we are assisting every client that calls in.

How easy 8x8 products were to install and use. So far we think everything is great!
8x8 Services gives me the flexibility to use phone and fax services from my laptop, IPhone app, and IPad app. Because I work remotely and am on the road often, I am able to stay in touch because of 8x8.
I love that I can use it from just about anywhere.
