What I love most about 8x8 service is the positive response time towards a solution. In each situation where I have contacted 8x8 for either help with setup, switching numbers or lines, ordering new phones, faxes, etc, the 8x8 representative has provided professional and prompt resolution. I choose my vendors based on the service the provide, and 8x8 is a favorite!
I love the convenience of having a HIPPA complaint business line that I can operate from my iphone. The ability to text my clients from this service is also a huge benefit for me.
Well 8x8 is a very nice app. you can simply copy paste the number you wanted to call and you can make the call. in case you have a voicemail well it will simply forwards the message to your email and you can access it wherever you are. And its easy to install and update
I am an employee of a Sales Agency that uses the 8x8 phone system throughout. I find it very convenient as I have the mobile app and the software on my laptop. What this software had allowed me to do, is work virtually anywhere I want to be. My example is perfect. I live in canada and work for a sales agency out of New Hampshire and I can connect to customers and colleagues just like I am there! I love the ease of use and quality this program has. It really is a simplified way to do business from anywhere!
We love being able to make calls from anywhere in the world over the internet as if we were in our office.
That we are able to access all our calls on our samsung/iphones at any time and all voicemails are emailed straight to us. Very reliable system.
We have had situations where we need to listen to phone conversations, and 8x8 has them all recorded for us!
We love that by using the 8x8 App, our employees can always be available. We recently suffered a major flood at the office and much of our equipment was destroyed. Thanks to 8x8, we were able to maintain operations through our mobile phones and didn't have downtime to suffer lost revenue on top of everything else. So grateful!
