Extremely good value! We replaced our old phone system with the 8x8 cloud based system, which costs us much less and has a ton more functionality. Very good customer service!
It allows our office employees to communicate with each other seamlessly and effortlessly. The ease of transferring calls is so helpful in a busy showroom like ours. The instant messaging feature is perfect for sending quick messages and asking quick questions to other employees around the store without leaving the comfort of my desk.
Set it and forget it! Decisions aren't always about money but that certainly applies in this case. Moving to the cloud certainly resulted in significant savings. But what good is saving money if the product doesn't live up to expectations. In the case of 8x8, all expectations were not only met but exceeded. We are a simple business with basic needs. So, after a very brief learning curve we were up and running, customized what we needed to and let 8x8 do the rest. The rest is history!
In the event business, I was a passenger in a rental car with co-workers traveling from Dulles airport to Fredericksburg, VA, checking email on my phone. 8x8's is a Do-It-Al solution for our insurance agency. The click to call option comes is very useful while doing our outbound calls, the instant messaging feature makes it extremely convenient to discretely interact with the office staff, and the customer service we are able to provide has improved with the efficiency and user friendly features of 8x8.
Personalize conference lines!
There are several items that we find very advantageous. First of which would be ring group availability and effectiveness. Second would be the ability to access it by Ipad and Iphone so we are not chained to our desks. Third, but nearly most important, would be that we never have service issues.
I personally love the voicemail feature -- specifically, how it delivers a voicemail directly to your inbox. Such a simple feature, but direly needed in today's business age for efficiency and convenience.
I love that I can make calls from anywhere for my job! It makes my life easier now that I'm not tied to my desk for business calls. It's awesome having a tool that acts the same across platforms and that I can always count on to work properly. It's also clear that 8x8 cares about their customer's user experience as the app and service is so easy to use. Thanks for being gr8, 8x8!
