8x8 provides excellent customer service and plug and play system for contact center solutions. The system is easy to use and 8x8 is committed to improving their product to deliver better performance for their customers.
8x8 offers a wide range of features not available with other VoIP providers, primarily international virtual numbers (or DID's). Service reliability has been very good and pricing is fairly competitive, only suggestions would be for 8x8 to simplify or make its UI easier to use and navigate. Also adding features such as the ability to block specific numbers including "unknown" or "blocked" numbers would be immensely helpful.
