Fantastic 8x8 Life saver!
Good customer service.
Well over the last 6 to 8 weeks we have experienced some outages and were told this is because of upgrading equipment. When 8x8 upgraded their audio stack we could not even use the most recent VOD over a VPN connection, we had to use an earlier version. After that was resolved we experienced outages approx. 2 more times where we were unable to use VOD at all. Very Good, courteous and helpful
Pros: HIPPA compliant. Conferencing, inexpensive phone Cons: not user friendly, too many logins to keep track of, not easy to set up conferencing or faxing. Can not use contacts for faxing, can not email faxes / fax emails.
I very much appreciate your services. My only concern is the rate of increase in monthly rates.

I am a phone system dunce running a small tech company. When we started up our business, we envisioned one phone configuration. As expected, over time, that configuration was no longer optimal. I waited and waited to address this as I expected the reconfiguration to be a bit like childbirth.
