My boss is a perfectionist, but the good kind. She requires that everything we fax have a confirmation attached and placed in the employee folder. With 8x8 I get an email confirmation that I can attach to my fax and when I do a whole bunch at the same time I can go and click on the eye icon to match which fax went with which document. We changed 401(k) providers recently, and had to fax in all the enrollment forms. It was pretty crazy for awhile but every one of them was sent without a hitch.
