I felt like I was paying two times as much for service. The quality was good but the price just kept going up.
I called Customer Support to have one line removed from our set-up. I was a bit confused about weather to call sales or support; to me support is for clearing problems one might have with the virtual office, or setting up the calling queue or something of that nature, and sales would be help with your contract... like removing or adding a line. Good experience.
When you product works, it works well. However, I downgrade you for two reasons. 1) When tech support is needed, it is hard to get good quick tech support from 8x8. 2) And, 8x8 does NOT have a windows phone app.
