The integration with Allstate Programs makes my business much easier. The call tracking feature gives me data about activities of my staff.
Easy to use and portable! I own a small "boots on the ground" automotive appraisal business as well as a national internet appraisal business. Even when out of my "physical" office, I'm still in contact with all the features I normally expect in a high quality phone system. My client base never knows that: a) I'm a small business, b) or I'm not in the office. Great service for both me and my clients.
I love 8X8 it has all that i need in a phone and more... One of many of their features that i like is being able save a recorded voice mail messages to our management system, in the insurance industry we must be able to have proper notes on files what better than a voice mail message from a client. :)

We love the way 8x8 makes us look like a larger "sophisticated" business with the Auto Attendant and the out of office options that are available. I also really like the Voice mail to email!

I love the fact that my business now has a professional answering service without me answering the phone. Callers can leave a message and I no who called, what time they called, and I can review the message on the internet if I desire. Thank you 8x8.
We are a non-profit, so the cost savings is an incredible help to our organization. Additionally, we are located in Minnesota . . . Winter storms can make it difficult or impossible to reach the office. With 8x8 we are able to log in to the phone system from home during blizzards and still provide the services needed by our customers.
I love the fact that I can see who is on the phone and still be able to chat with them. I love that if I have a customer at my desk, I can put my icon as not available, so I can concentrate on the customer to give them the best customer service that I can provide. Shari Michael
