Phone calls that come in are easily seen in the application, and the ability to message other employees instead of emailing them is a very helpful tool. We love the reliability, features and low cost. The 3 things that matter most!
8x8 provides a streamlined experience for my staff. I have four phone lines which work together to handle our high call volume. Voicemail is easy to access especially on the iPhone. It makes it easy for me to accept after hours calls as a physician with the auto-attendant and I can easily access voicemails through my phone. 8x8 was a great choice for my practice.
