I love being being emailed instantly just after a missed call and voicemail. It makes it so easy for me to keep track of my missed calls. Being able to listen to the voicemails online with just one click is the icing on the cake.

the easiness and convenience is by far the best out of any tel-service i've dealt with. I love that I can easily link up any missed calls to my email and listen to them...even on my day off! Interface is fantastic and I hope to use 8x8 services for the long haul.
We signed up for 8x8 services for several reasons we are taking our office virtual and have our employees work from home. The virtual fax service was essential in aiding us in our goals to have a paperless office the amount of paper that was printed out and then shredded after it was used was astounding. Along those same lines the phones that could be unplugged and taken anywhere with an internet connection really helped us as well as no longer having to pay for a phone service through a utility company really saves us money... read more
