I love the flexibility and ease of use with my 8x8 phone system. Prior to switching to 8x8 I was on a fairly sophisticated Samsung "hard-wired" system. However, I'm a small business owner and don't have an internal IT person or phone system programmer - so, for us to make even the smallest change in our system it took calling our service provider, scheduling an appointment, and paying a minimum fee of $120. What I love most about 8x8 is the convenience and flexibility of use. With the phone, online platform and mobile app, it is great to be able to contact clients from my office line even when I am not in the office and still give a professional appearance. I love your service and I don't even have it yet. After having a monthly nightmare situation at our office for the past 6 months, your sales representative knew his stuff and we are setting up our phones today. Our traditional phone system has been failing for the last 6 months on a regular basis. Avaya can't figure out the issue after replacing components 4 times. Our phone tech can't figure it out.
