I have enjoyed the transition to 8x8. I especially enjoy being able to dial by extension from multiple locations, bringing a closeness in the midst of geographic distance. I also am very pleased that we do not have to dial an area code for local calls. That's my story, and I'm sticking to it!

8x8 has helped our office organize ourselves through out, in a way that is efficient for our small office, home offices, and its growth. 8x8 has easy to understand applications right down to the call logs for backup for telemarketing do not call list it is crucial, and ways to manage them getting the most out of employees and clients alike. 8x8 keeps staff knowledgeable by receiving emails about new product & services making knowledge of ignorance, because there is no time to learn webinars come in handy. We started a small company and (luckily!) grew rather suddenly. Due to a successful publicity, we went from being a couple of guys with a drawing on a napkin to an 8-person team in 4 different physical locations. This occurred over maybe a week. As a sole practitioner in the legal profession, 8 x 8 provided me with a powerful phone system that legitimized my business so that it doesn't appear to be a one man operation. The web application is amazing in that it allows me to make calls from my private cell phone number while appearing to come from my office phone number.

Our company consists of a small group of co-workers with 5 people in our group. I personally use 8x8 with my clients, and especially making international calls! Keep up the good work!

The VOD but also our implementation team. Not sure if you are allowed to name names but Truong who is our tech has been very helpful in getting out system setup. We had probably close to 100 phones (mix of VOD as well as Polycom 310's) as well as a few hundred more other DID's we turned into virtual Extensions/numbers and it seemed like a pretty big nightmare to think about.
