What i love about 8x8 is the amazing flexibility of the product. I am working remotely for a company in California while i live in Colorado and needed a line with an area code for California and this was set up perfectly. Not only is the line clear and phone system works well the best feature is the App's i can use on my smartphone so that i am constantly available to my customers.
I love the 8x8 app on my phone! This is especially awesome for our Sales team; it ensures that even if they are out of the office they won't miss an incoming call from a potential client.
Hello 8x8- If I had to pick one of my favorite things about your service, it would be the people who make it up. Every time I have ever called in about an issue I have been helped. If I was not helped, I was transferred to someone who could help me quickly. I appreciate the help. The phone app is awesome also..
