It was pretty quick to set up.
The number one feature I love about 8 x 8 is the ease of plugging the phone in another area and having it still work. For example, the one owner of the firm lives in the mountains, she can take her office phone with her and work from home and clients never know that she is working from her home office. Or, if we have the receptionist out for the day, we can plug the phone in at one of the assistant's desks and have them answer without them having to switch desks all day. I love the virtual assistant. It can be personalized down to a T. In our office we have employees that get transferred to different departments and we can change the Virtual assistant greeting message along with the extension greeting and the personalized voicemail for the extension. All from one PC. There are many more things hat I love about the system, but the virtual assistant is my favorite.
I like the ability to receive fax and VM notifications on my iPhone. That helps me manage my business when I'm out of the office. Very convenient.
The thing I love most about 8x8, my phone doesn't ring CONSTANTLY, ALL DAY LONG!!!! The auto-attendant is the best coworker. She doesn't complain, she does her job and she does it well!!!! Having the 8x8 phone system helps me do my job better because I'm not interrupted by phone calls for other coworkers while I am trying to complete my work. Thanks 8x8.
The ability to access my account virtually from any computer
8X8 is great. Hey that rhymes. Its refreshing to use a service that isn't constantly in beta. These folks have a great platform that actually helps our business grow. Accessibility, flexibility and communication is paramount in our business and 8x8 is an asset. Good job everybody.

I love how easy and accessible it is! A big part of our company's work is sending faxes. 8x8 makes it so easy and accessible to fax documents to our customers and to other companies when we need to. I also couldn't get on without the inter-office instant messaging feature. If I have a question for a person on the other side of the building, I don't have to waste time walking over to their area, I can just send them a quick message!
