My husband retired early but I wasn't ready to give up my career so I was able to work out a deal with my company that allows me to work remote from Mexico. My husband enjoys his time off while I talk to coworkers and clients alike through my 8x8 phone line as if I was still sitting in my desk in Chicago, IL. I'm able to get my work done and provide excellent service when needed with the help of my 8x8 phone line. I'm even going to add the fax line to my extension for more seamless service.

I feel that 8x8 gives my company a chance to interact in a user-friendly interact across all departments and even overseas. It increases our efficiency and reporting, while also enabling us to spend less time worrying about outdated phone lines. It is truly a great tool and asset.

I love that 8x8 had streamlined our companies productivity. Calls are now forwarded to the right departments and filtered. It has also made a way for me to work from home and not miss a single call or message to which I am so grateful.

I am new to TMW and as a result new to 8x8. What I love most is the ubiquitous availability of my work environment. Having 8x8 on my laptop, desk phone and my mobile I am always available regardless of my location. This is a critical attribute for supporting the clients I am working with and 8x8 delivers.

Virtual Office has been a game changer for our small not-for-profit organization. Our small office is not staffed on a continual basis. Virtual Office has allowed us to monitor activity more closely and be more responsive to our callers even when we're away. With each passing day, we are discovering more and more ways to use 8X8 in helping us to become more efficient and more effective. We should have done this sooner. I love how 8x8 has an app that allows me to transfer calls to my cell phone from my hard wired handset and go wireless im the midst of a conversation.
