Everything because its so easy to use and it has everything I need
Tech support is great. When we first cranked up our 8x8 account there was a glitch in migrating phone numbers. Instead of 'escalating' our issue to someone else, the tech stayed with it and persisted until the issue was resolved.
Good, solid voice quality & reliable that is cost effective and enables our highly distributed team to function as if we were in the same physical office.
I love that 8x8's security gives me assurance that my calls are confidential and that my business is in compliance with HIPPA and HITECH requirements.

8x8 virtual office desktop app is too good, so as the mobile app, you do not have to be near the IP Phone but yet available to receive/make calls from anywhere.
