I love the 8x8 because of its recording capability. I was able to record meetings with clients as needed and able to download the recording to share with individuals in my OPs team.
I think the central website where I can manage every aspect of the system is great. And every page is straight forward and easy to navigate. This makes it very easy to administer and change as required.
We love the mobile app - you can be anywhere, and you are never further from your office phone line than your cell phone. The ease of forwarding and unforwarding your phone line is great, and it doesn't matter where you are! If you miss a call, you are notified instantly, so that you can get back to that person. easy to use
I love its accessibility. I can be called at my office number no matter where I am. My job requires me to be in the field most of my work day and its great to be looped it conference calls with out a thought of where I might be.
I love that it allows me to listen to my voicemail via email when I'm away from my office phone (which is often!) This is a great feature and it allows me to respond to voicemail alot quicker! Thanks
