We have had some restructuring recently with new hires and growth - as well as a couple of lucky employees who were able to retire! I love how easy it has been to manage and change our existing extensions and create new profiles and extensions when needed. The online account manager is awesome!
I love that it can forward the calls to my cell.The pop ups on your desktop are great and it's much more convenient to look up your contacts and their extensions. In busy times you can you actually restrict whom you answer calls from by having them speak their name and the system asking you in advance if you accept the call. I love 8X8!!! :)

What I love the most about my 8X8 phone system is the flexibility. With the VOIP phone one does not have to manually move the lines when changes occur. Additionally, the hosting of the system by 8X8 makes it easy to manage through the user friendly virtual manager interface. Perhaps the biggest of all is the assurance of quality services through the no long term contract policy, which is reasonable that other VOIP providers.

We have had 8x8 for almost 5 years now. It has streamlined our business, by not having to scan our files twice so it eliminates two steps automatically. We can travel and keep in contact with our clients as if we were sitting at our office so nothing gets dropped through the cracks.
